Mequipco Sales Ltd. established in Vancouver, BC by Don Hobbs as a manufacturers' representative for mechanical equipment used in the power and chemical industries. Shortly after this date Dave Clarke joined the enterprise and the products offered expanded to include all phases of water and wastewater treatment.

Alberta Mequipco Ltd. is Established with offices in Calgary, Alberta to act as a manufacturers' representative covering the Prairie provinces and NWT.

Stanco Projects Ltd. incorporated to provide turnkey design and construction capabilities for chemical feed systems and liquid storage systems in Western Canada.

Dave Stephens joins Alberta Mequipco as partner bringing experience in Chemical Feed Systems and Water and Wastewater Equipment.

Alberta Mequipco Ltd. opens satellite office in Winnipeg, Manitoba to service Manitoba and N.W. Ontario.

Dan Landry joins Alberta Mequipco as Sales Representative in Winnipeg and becomes Branch Manager in 1999 when Brad Hussack relocates to Calgary.

Devlin Wing joins Mequipco as Vancouver Office Branch Manager.

Brad Hussack joins Mequipco Sales as Sales Representative and transfers to Alberta Mequipco's Winnipeg office as Branch Manager in 1996.

Dave Stephens becomes President of Alberta Mequipco

Brad Hussack becomes V.P. and Partner of Alberta Mequipco.

Alberta Mequipco Ltd. acquires the sales interest of Mequipco Sales Ltd. of Richmond B.C. and changes name to Mequipco Ltd.

Dan Landry & Devlin Wing become partners of Mequipco Ltd.

Kevin Dickinson joins Alberta Mequipco as an Application Engineering Technologist

Eric Pilger joins Mequipco Ltd. as an Inside Sales & Application Engineering Technologist for the Richmond, B.C. office
